How quickly do you ship?
Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of being placed.
Do you offer express shipping?
Yes! Express delivery is available for orders placed before 11 AM EST on business days. Orders placed after this cutoff, or on weekends/holidays, will ship the next business day. Please note that UPS does not count weekends or holidays as business days. For expedited shipping, contact us at support@mysticbeautyandskincare.com, and we’ll send you an invoice for the additional cost.
How long will it take for my package to arrive?
Once shipped, delivery timelines vary by carrier. While we aim for speedy shipping, actual delivery times depend on the postal service and cannot be guaranteed.
Order Issues
I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
Email us at support@mysticbeautyandskincare.com immediately. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll update the address. If it has already shipped, we’ll wait for the package to return to us before reshipping and you will be charged a reshipping fee.
My package seems lost—what now?
If tracking shows “delivered” but your package isn’t there:
Wait 3 business days, as carriers sometimes mark deliveries early.
If it doesn’t arrive, contact us at support@mysticbeautyandskincare.com within 7 days.
Please note: If a package is marked as “delivered” but not received, Mystic Beauty & Skincare and the carrier cannot be held liable.
My package was stolen. What should I do?
Check with neighbors or around your property.
If it’s still missing, email us at support@mysticbeautyandskincare.com.
To prevent future issues, consider shipping insurance, requiring signatures, or securing your delivery address.
My package was returned to sender. What now?
Contact us at support@mysticbeautyandskincare.com for assistance. Issues like invalid addresses or delivery barriers are not typically covered. We’ll reship returned packages once, free of charge. Additional shipping fees may apply for repeated issues.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Unopened products can be returned within 7 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. For convenience, we can provide a prepaid return label, and the cost will be deducted from your refund.
How soon will I see my refund?
Once we process your return, refunds typically appear within 14 days, depending on your bank.
